Description

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration is designed to develop the student’s analytical skills and broaden their business knowledge.  Students learn how to think critically, make sound business decisions, and be active participants in the dynamic and ever-changing business world.  Opportunities are provided to apply theories to real world problems in a supportive environment of small, personalized classes. Graduates will be prepared for managerial employment in their chosen discipline in both private and public sector organizations.

To receive a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Business Administration, students must complete 123 credit hours.

Description

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management focuses on the management skills and construction business knowledge required for the continually changing environment of the construction industry.  With courses in Construction Contracts; Building Codes and Quality Control; Construction Scheduling; Construction Law; Building Construction Drawing; and Managing a Construction Project, this degree provides students with a broad-based knowledge of the construction industry, a solid education, and extensive training in business and management applications. This degree program prepares graduates for productive careers in the construction industry as managers, project managers, or property managers.

To receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, students must complete 123 credit hours.
