The Bachelor of Science Degree
in Business Administration is designed to develop the student’s analytical
skills and broaden their business knowledge. Students learn how to think
critically, make sound business decisions, and be active participants in the
dynamic and ever-changing business world. Opportunities are provided to

personalized classes. Graduates will be prepared for managerial employment in

To receive a Bachelor of
Science Degree with a major in Business Administration, students must complete

business knowledge required for the continually changing environment of the
construction industry. With courses in Construction Contracts; Building
Codes and Quality Control; Construction Scheduling; Construction Law; Building
Construction Drawing; and Managing a Construction Project, this degree provides
students with a broad-based knowledge of the construction industry, a solid
education, and extensive training in business and management applications. This
degree program prepares graduates for productive careers in the construction
industry as managers, project managers, or property managers.
