Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Construction Management:

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management focuses on the management skills and construction business knowledge required for the continually changing environment of the construction industry. With courses in Construction Contracts; Building Codes and Quality Control; Construction Scheduling; Construction Law; Building Construction Drawing; and Managing a Construction Project, this degree provides students with a broad-based knowledge of the construction industry, a solid education, and extensive training in business and management applications. This degree program prepares graduates for productive careers in the construction industry as managers, project managers, or property managers.

 

To receive a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Construction Management, students must complete 123 credit hours as described below.
