College Changes Name to Everglades University - Master’s Degree Programs Latest Step for Institution Catering to the Adult Learner

Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Everglades College has received approval from the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and Florida’s Commission for Independent Education to change its name to Everglades University. This move is consistent with the University’s continued growth and offering of new Master’s degrees in business, computer technology, and aviation fields. Approved by ACCSCT and the Commission for Independent Education, Everglades University has introduced the Master of Science Degree in Business Administration, Master of Science Degree in Information Technology, and Master of Science Degree in Aviation Science. Along with small class sizes, Everglades College accommodates the working student by scheduling classes one evening during the week and Saturday.

Everglades University is a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree-granting institution which offers classes both on campus and online.  The University offers programs in Business Administration, Information Technology, Applied Management, Aviation Management, Professional Aviation, Aviation Technology, and Alternative Medicine.  With small class sizes and unique scheduling, Everglades University accommodates the working student. Part of the Keiser Collegiate System which serves more than 6,300 students throughout Florida, Everglades University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.
