Online colleges and online education more generally have seen an enormous increase in student e-learners over the last decade. Ten years ago, America saw around 2 million higher education students learning online. That number has now almost quadrupled.

Everglades University Gains Regional Accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
Boca Raton, FL –Nov. 18, 2010-Everglades University now has regional accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). The Commission on Colleges (COC) of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools announced that Everglades University has officially been awarded “accredited member ship” status and is now an accredited member of the SACS COC.
