Graduate School
Everglades University’s graduate programs have received numerous awards and recognitions, and the EU Graduate School will allow our graduate faculty to exclusively focus on continuing to work to improve graduate curriculum and expand the graduate programs. EU’s master’s degrees in Construction Management, Hospitality Management & Entrepreneurship were all ranked in the top 13 in the country by Intelligent.com in 2025. The University’s graduate school will be run by Vice President Jeff Day, who successfully ran the University’s Online Division for over 5 years.
Everglades University Graduate School will be located at the Main Campus of the University, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The University currently offers nine graduate degree majors with over 10 concentrations within the various majors in Aviation Science, Business, Construction Management, Coastal and Marine Management, Sustainability, Public Health Administration, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Hospitality Management. All graduate programs will be delivered both online and on campus, allowing students flexibility and the ability to learn from anywhere while benefiting from personalized support and faculty expertise.

The Master’s Degree in Aviation Science will offer aviation professionals such as flight crewmembers, air traffic controllers, flight dispatchers, maintenance technicians, and airport and airline management personnel the opportunity to significantly enhance their knowledge of the aviation community and aerospace industry and help them to pursue exciting and more challenging careers. This degree will prepare the student for a beyond entry-level career in aviation.
The curriculum is designed to allow the student to acquire a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well as prepare him/her for a career in business. This degree will prepare the student for a career beyond entry-level in business or management. The program leading to the Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) has been designed to provide students with the opportunity to apply advanced theoretical concepts and knowledge from all functional areas of business through an analytical, decision-making process which focuses on solving practical problems. Students in the MBA program acquire new knowledge and use this knowledge to efficiently access and retrieve information through technology. The MBA program promotes the use of networking, leadership, and interpersonal competencies to develop and sustain effective relationships with peers, and to create an appreciation for the value of a diverse workforce.
The Master’s Degree in Construction Management allows students seeking upper-level management positions in various sectors of the construction industry to improve their competency in project, program and company management areas. The program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to apply advanced theoretical concepts and knowledge from all functional areas of the construction business through an analytical, decision-making process which focuses on solving practical problems.
The Master’s Degree in Coastal and Marine Management is an interdisciplinary program that includes fields of study required for student to be effective in their chosen careers as managers of coastal and marine management. The program is designed to allow its graduates to succeed in bringing together science, practice and decision-making to make a lasting impact on the various aspects of coastal and marine management.
The curriculum is designed to allow the student to acquire a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship as well as prepare him/her for a career as an Entrepreneur. The program leading to the Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship focuses on the behaviors and attributes required to operate successfully within the entrepreneurial environment. Entrepreneurs are the driving force in the U.S. and World Economies and this program helps develop entrepreneurial leaders.
The Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management is designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed by successful professionals in the hospitality industry for high-level operations and management. The program combines foundational managerial and business background in accounting, decision-making, human resources, project management, and business strategy with courses in hospitality theory, management, and sustainable operations.
The curriculum is designed to allow the students to earn the Master’s Degree in Leadership and to provide students with the knowledge they need to lead people, teams, or organizations in any context. The program emphasizes the training, development, and management of teams, as well as the communication and decision-making skills required to inspire others and effect real change at any level. The program prepares students with theoretical foundations in the study of leadership and uses case studies to examine contemporary topics and issues that affect successful leaders in the real world.

The Master’s Degree in Sustainability represents an approach to sustainability concepts built around the “Triple Bottom Line,” which comprises the three pillars of sustainability: economy, society, and the environment. Courses in this program include a multi-disciplinary approach to each of these aspects of sustainability. This program asks students to examine the impacts on business and society caused by the changing environment, and to imagine improvements to existing systems in fields including business and management, economic development, public policy and public health, and environmental justice. Graduates in the growing field of Sustainability can find jobs in fields such as clean energy, community organizing, technology, education, management, planning, and business.
