Approaching the completion of your degree? Complete the online graduate survey during your final term of courses.
Graduation Clearance

Your required clearance tasks

  1. Financial clearance verified by the EU Bursar
  2. Complete an exit interview with the EU Financial Services / Aid department
  3. Satisfy any outstanding EU Library obligations
  4. Attend an EU Graduate Seminar, hosted by EU Student Services
  5. Schedule and complete a Graduation Exit Interview with EU Student Services
  6. Submit the most recent copy of your resume to EU Student Services
  7. Register and post your updated resume on the EU Online Career Center
  8. Provide employment and demographic information to EU Student Services
  9. Complete the Graduate Survey during your final term of courses
  10. Maintain at least a 2.0 overall GPA (undergraduate) or 3.0 GPA (graduate)
  11. Complete the ETS Proficiency Profile online (undergraduate students only)
  12. Complete the Peregrine Assessment (BSBA, MBA and ME only)

Once your degree requirements are complete, your diploma and final transcript arrive by mail within six to eight weeks. Questions about degree confirmation? Contact your home campus representatives.
