How to Place an Order

EU Merchandise can be ordered from Everglades University’s Bookstore by phone, email, or mail. Merchandise cannot be charged to your student account; you must pay at the time of purchase. Students are responsible to pay shipping costs which vary by destination and the weight of the package.

Payment Options

We have several payment options. Most convenient option is to pay using a Master Card, Visa, or debit card. American Express and Discover are not accepted at this time. Please go to www.EvergladesUniversity.edu, choose Make a Payment and complete the Payment Form. You may also pay by phone using a Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, debit card, or check. All payment methods are accepted in person including cash and money orders.

NOTICE: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day.

 

Shipping Information

It is the student’s responsibility to pay shipping costs which vary by destination and weight of the package, in addition to a $5 handling fee.

 

Book Return Policy

All book purchases are final. Only exceptions: If a class is cancelled, the instructor has replaced the original textbook with another, or you received a duplicate book.

If books are returned, the return must be approved by the Everglades University Bookstore Manager. Returns must be received in a timely manner and in the same condition as purchased, accompanied by a receipt. Return shipping costs is the student’s responsibility.

Future textbooks may be included as part of the student’s financial aid package if elected by the student. Books are automatically shipped to students or can be picked up at the campus bookstore by the students attending on campus.

 

Current Students

Admissions Counselors will assist new students with their first book order. Please note that new students are required to purchase their first book for the first class from Everglades University’s Bookstore in advance of the class starting. Future textbooks may be included as part of the student’s financial aid package if elected by the student.

 

On Campus Students

Textbooks and merchandise may be purchased from the Everglades University Bookstore located nearest to you.

 

Online Students

With the exception of the first book, all remaining textbooks will be automatically shipped from Everglades University’s Bookstore by semester to students. Books are shipped in April, August, and December. It is the student’s responsibility to pay shipping costs which vary by destination and the weight of the package; in addition to a $5 handling fee.

 

Class Size/Master Booklist

The average number of students in a typical on campus class is less than 25, with a maximum of 60 students. The average number of students in a typical online class is less than 22, with a maximum of 35 students.
